Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- commitment to upholding company culture and standards
- capability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively

- knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
- stable working history demonstrating upward career progress
- current salaried management experience is preferred
