  • Have proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including peak times
  • Ability to pass a background check including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

  • Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members effectively
  • Experience managing inventory and administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
  • Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure
  • Passion for creating a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • Ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met while conducting line checks
  • Support kitchen, bar, and dining room operations during peak hours
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
