We are currently seeking a Badass Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Manager to join Bad Daddy’s energetic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire within a fast-paced hospitality setting while enjoying numerous benefits including performance-based salary increases twice a year and an attractive bonus plan paid monthly, quarterly, and annually. As a Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Manager at Bad Daddy's, you will be at the heart of the operation ensuring smooth daily activities while fostering a culture of excellence. You will supervise the floor or the kitchen, maintaining outstanding food quality, safety, and service standards, while providing mentorship and growth opportunities to your team members. This leadership role requires a balance of fun and discipline, where you can engage with your staff and guests while effectively managing any challenges that arise. The ideal manager cultivates an environment where team members feel supported and motivated, consistently delivering an amazing guest experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include interviewing and hiring new team members, training and coaching staff to enhance their skills, managing inventory and supply orders, and handling administrative duties including cash and safety procedures.

Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
- Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
- Ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met while conducting line checks
- Support kitchen, bar, and dining room operations during peak hours
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
