Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including bar, lobby, and to-go systems

  • Oversee staff scheduling and labor management
  • Monitor inventory and control costs
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Drive sales and achieve financial goals
