Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of salaried restaurant management experience
- Experience in full casual dining or casual plus environment preferred
- Hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen considered a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Willingness to relocate a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations for both front-of-house and back-of-house
- Develop team members (Micos) and hold them accountable to company standards
- Participate in neighborhood activities and events to become the restaurant of choice
- Develop business initiatives to increase sales, profitability, and guest count
- Ensure quality food presentation and operation of scratch kitchen
- Manage ordering, inventory, and monitor impact on profit and loss
- Enforce safety and sanitary practices
- Exercise good judgment aligning with company principles and beliefs
