We are currently seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operation of a new franchise location in Philadelphia. This full-time, leadership role is crucial in setting the foundation for success by managing all aspects of the restaurant's grand opening, day-to-day operations, and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of management experience within quick service or fast-casual restaurant environments and a passion for Caribbean flavors and multicultural brand identity. As the founding leader, you will build and nurture a dedicated team, establish operational systems, and drive key performance indicators to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.
