Job Requirements

- 3 years of restaurant management experience
- ServSafe Manager certification
- availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- ability to work under pressure
- effective problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma required
- preferred degree in business administration or hospitality management
- 3-5 years of quick service restaurant or fast-casual management experience
- proven leadership in launching new restaurant locations
- strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPI data
- financial management and cash flow oversight experience
- inventory management expertise
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ServSafe Manager certification
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience with Toast or similar POS systems
Job Duties
- lead all pre-opening hiring and onboarding of a team
- oversee grand opening preparations and local marketing initiatives
- manage daily operations focusing on key performance indicators
- develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- monitor financial aspects including inventory, cash flow, and reporting
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- represent the Juici Patties brand within the local community
