Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team
- Create a fun, inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
- Identify 5 Star Talent and put the right people in the right places through effective scheduling
- Manage daily operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits
- Staff, hire and train team members
- Ensure excellent food quality, service and cleanliness
- Drive teamwork
- Complete administrative tasks as required
