Job Requirements
- Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Manage all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest and employee experiences
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Oversee scheduling and labor management to optimize productivity
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with home office support for resources and operational guidance
