This specific role is for a Restaurant Manager, a vital leadership position responsible for supporting the General Manager and the Chef in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Successful completion of corporate training program
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Ability to provide mentorship to hourly team members
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
