This job posting is for a position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products while running the restaurant, but remains a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

- Availability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Experience in quick service or related fields preferred
Job Qualifications
- Two years of management experience
- Previous General Manager experience at high-volume locations preferred
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail desired
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to set and meet business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with leaders to set goals and develop plans for the restaurant
- Lead and coach Department Managers to achieve their goals and improve their departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong management team
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and health regulations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee discipline effectively
