This job posting is for a position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products while running the restaurant, but remains a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald's USA. If hired for this position, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is exclusively responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control over these employment matters and does not participate in the hiring decision processes or receive any application information.
