- at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions or functions
- must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties
- support the General Manager by providing coaching to the team
- create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- identify 5 Star Talent and schedule the right people in the right places at the right time
- manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant with support from the General Manager or District Manager
- drive sales and profits through excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- hire and train team members
- complete administrative tasks as required
