Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One year supervisory experience in restaurant industry
Successfully complete all required training and testing
Valid driver’s license
Proof of valid insurance
Ability to work 50 to 55 hours per week
Available for flexible shifts including weekends
Knowledge of restaurant operational and HR procedures
Basic computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage conflict resolution
Skilled in employee coaching and development
Ability to supervise others
Knowledge of labor cost reporting and business reporting
Understanding of profit and loss statements
Ability to implement policies and procedures
Continuously improve customer satisfaction
Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing
Ability to create a positive work environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least one year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
Valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance
Ability to work 50 to 55 hours per week including flexible shifts and weekends
Knowledge of restaurant policies, operations, and human resources procedures
Understanding of labor cost reporting and business-related reporting
Excellent interpersonal and professional interaction skills

Experience with recruiting and interviewing

Job Duties

Create an in store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service
Build team understanding and commitment to guest service standards
Communicate and follow-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities
Assist and resolve all guest complaints in-person or by phone applying the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model
Ensure all incoming calls are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
Direct and conduct regular training with team members
Provide regular feedback to team members and identify areas for improvement
Work with direct reports to cross-train and develop new skills
Create a workplace where team members strive, are rewarded, and have fun
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
Manage budgets and make necessary adjustments
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Maintain restaurant inventory and organization
Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of equipment
Prepare and analyze operation reports
Perform other duties as assigned
