- 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience
- ability to work a 45-hour work week
- passion for guest service and team leadership
- willingness to participate in training programs
- ability to maintain a welcoming and positive attitude
- eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- manage back of house / kitchen teams
- oversee assistant manager roles and duties
- work as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team
- lead kitchen staff to maintain high quality and efficiency
- participate in management training program
- ensure smooth restaurant operation
- foster a welcoming environment for guests
