Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members
- oversee guest experience and resolve issues in a professional manner
- ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- train and manage front of house personnel
- create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill
