The role of Restaurant Manager at Ruth's Chris is a critical position responsible for supporting the General Manager and Chef in the smooth, day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position requires overseeing both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams, ensuring that every guest enjoys the genuine hospitality that defines Ruth's Chris. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of one year of restaurant or hospitality experience required
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Successful completion of corporate training program required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings holidays and weekends
