Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or cashier roles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • regular access to a personal vehicle
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop/bend, use hands for computer operation, reach with hands and arms
  • ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • clear speech and good hearing both face to face and on the phone
  • clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
  • knowledge of internet explorer
  • good communication skills
  • ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems
  • ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policies are followed
  • recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members
  • maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values
  • responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant
  • ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained
  • respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems
