As the first in a series of expansions from the successful China Live San Francisco, Asia Live is poised to bring an authentic and modern Asian dining experience to the local community and visitors alike. The restaurant boasts a spacious 12,000 square-foot complex that will feature an open kitchen concept, allowing guests to engage visually with the culinary process and appreciate the skill that goes into every dish. This dynamic environment is designed to offer a welcoming and culturally rich setting that celebrates the diverse flavors of Asia, blending traditional tastes with contemporary culinary trends. With a firm commitment to high-quality ingredients, outstanding service, and a unique atmosphere, Asia Live aims to set new standards in Asian dining in the Silicon Valley area.
The role of Restaurant Manager at Asia Live is a key leadership position that requires overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to deliver exceptional experiences to every guest. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest levels of food quality and customer service. This position demands a passionate individual with strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing a high-volume dining environment. The Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in building a motivated and culturally respectful team, maintaining the authenticity of Asian cuisine presentation, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency. Additionally, the manager will track sales performance, control budgets, and drive marketing initiatives to attract and retain a diverse customer base. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary given the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a flagship restaurant and be instrumental in the growth of the Asia Live brand within the competitive Silicon Valley dining scene.
