Job Duties
- support the general manager by coaching the team
- create a fun inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- identify 5 star talent and schedule the right people at the right times
- manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant with general manager or district manager support
- drive sales and profits
- staff, hire, and train team members
- run a great restaurant ensuring food quality, service, and cleanliness
- drive teamwork and complete required administrative tasks
