  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • combine passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • drive business results through effective leadership and operational management
  • provide care, guidance, support and encouragement to team members
  • ensure the smooth running of restaurant operations with home office support
  • manage schedules, handle holidays and weekend shifts as needed
  • maintain a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
