- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- valid driver’s license
- must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- combine passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
- execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- drive business results through effective leadership and operational management
- provide care, guidance, support and encouragement to team members
- ensure the smooth running of restaurant operations with home office support
- manage schedules, handle holidays and weekend shifts as needed
- maintain a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
