As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead your LongHorn team by setting clear expectations, keeping communication lines open, and recognizing and rewarding team members for their hard work and commitment. You will be responsible for driving a performance-driven culture, developing teams, and ensuring excellent execution of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to superior service delivery. This role demands stable work history demonstrating upward career progress and preferably prior salaried management experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
