We are currently seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team. This salaried position offers an attractive compensation range from $54,000 to $65,000 per year. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead your LongHorn team by setting clear expectations, keeping communication lines open, and recognizing and rewarding team members for their hard work and commitment. You will be responsible for driving a performance-driven culture, developing teams, and ensuring excellent execution of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to superior service delivery. This role demands stable work history demonstrating upward career progress and preferably prior salaried management experience.
