This particular position is for a Manager role, focusing on overseeing the daily operations of both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) functions at the restaurant. This position involves limited supervision and requires the ability to lead by example in maintaining the appearance, presentation, and overall guest experience to meet Bonefish Grill's high standards. The position requires a minimum of one year of previous restaurant management experience, ideally gained in a full-service restaurant environment that includes bar operations.
