Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in fast-food or restaurant management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to complete corporate training and adhere to company policies
  • knowledge of food safety and human resources policies
  • capability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Duties

  • assist the general manager in managing daily restaurant operations
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members
  • create and maintain an environment of effective team communication and engagement
  • provide excellent customer service at all times
  • complete recommended corporate training programs
  • apply standard operating procedures and human resources policies
  • participate in food safety training
