The position currently available is for a Manager at a franchised Wendy’s location at 4113 Rivers Avenue, Charleston, SC 29405. This role is critical for helping the General Manager oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all store objectives are met with a strong emphasis on maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As a Manager, the individual will assist in managing employees by interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members, fostering a collaborative and effective team culture.

The Manager will play a vital role in cultivating an environment focused on communication and engagement, leading by example to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in fast-food or restaurant management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to complete corporate training and adhere to company policies
  • knowledge of food safety and human resources policies
  • capability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
