As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staffing needs to ensure our team is always adequately and appropriately staffed, maintaining operational excellence to keep the restaurant running efficiently and effectively, and ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations

  • Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
  • Performing various other tasks as needed
