Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completion of all required Raising Cane's training programs
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- Willingness to travel as needed for training and work functions
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving extended walking, standing, lifting and bending
- Experience in fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment
- Ability to work under varied temperature conditions
- Understanding of food safety and related protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems quickly
- Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-driven and flexible
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to recognize problems and execute plans effectively
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce company policies and standards
- Execute shift management meeting safety and operational requirements
- Direct crewmembers effectively
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Utilize reward and recognition programs
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and facility maintenance
- Complete other assigned duties
