One unique benefit is the free partner meal account, allowing employees to enjoy meals at any of Northstar’s restaurants and share these experiences with friends and family.
In this leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring, guiding, and mentoring the restaurant team, hiring and developing talent to uphold a professional and supportive culture, overseeing daily restaurant operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that create lasting memories. The position requires a confident, poised leader with outstanding interpersonal skills and a hands-on, collaborative approach. Candidates should be passionate about both the culinary and service aspects of restaurant management, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional standards of excellence and cleanliness.
Ideal candidates will thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, adeptly managing multiple tasks without compromising quality. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.4 or equivalent experience.
