Our program includes five months of comprehensive training covering every aspect of restaurant operations, professional development retreats, and continuing education classes that bolster leadership skills and operational expertise.

The position includes competitive starting salaries ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 plus bonuses, with the potential for General Managers to earn up to $300,000 annually.
