This role demands strong leadership and communication skills, endurance to stand and work on your feet for up to 85% of your shift, and the ability to support and build a strong team dynamic. Hospitality skills, particularly in front of the house guest interactions, are essential to ensure guests have a welcoming and positive experience. Experience in restaurant management of at least three years is required, and a high school diploma is mandatory with a preference for candidates with two years of college education.
