Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hospitality or food & beverage management experience preferred
- Ability to work weekday afternoons and evenings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in luxury hospitality or private clubs preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism
- Flexible availability during key events
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of food & beverage or hospitality management experience
- Background in luxury hospitality, private clubs, fine dining, or high-end restaurants preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with strong operational instincts

- Flexible during key event evenings when needed
Job Duties
- Oversee nightly dining room and bar operations
- Lead and manage front-of-house service staff
- Maintain exceptional service standards and member experience
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, events, and membership teams
- Assist with VIP service and high-profile guest management
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness throughout the club
- Handle member requests and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Support training, scheduling, and staff accountability
- Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
