Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hospitality or food & beverage management experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekday afternoons and evenings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or private clubs preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism
  • Flexible availability during key events
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of food & beverage or hospitality management experience
  • Background in luxury hospitality, private clubs, fine dining, or high-end restaurants preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational instincts
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible during key event evenings when needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee nightly dining room and bar operations
  • Lead and manage front-of-house service staff
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and member experience
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, events, and membership teams
  • Assist with VIP service and high-profile guest management
  • Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness throughout the club
  • Handle member requests and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Support training, scheduling, and staff accountability
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
