- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions or functions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

- Support the General Manager by coaching the team
- Create a fun and inviting work environment
- Identify 5 Star Talent and schedule the right people at the right time
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
- Drive sales and profits
- Oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Promote teamwork and complete administrative tasks
