Azure Lounge is a premier upscale lounge and restaurant known for its sophisticated ambiance, exceptional service, and vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead the daily operations at Azure Lounge. This is a full-time leadership role that demands a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple facets of the business simultaneously. The General Manager will play a crucial part in ensuring the lounge operates smoothly by overseeing all front-of-house activities, managing the team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. This role is not merely administrative; it is deeply involved with the day-to-day hustle of the lounge floor, requiring a proactive approach to leadership, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain consistently high service standards.

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily operations of Azure Lounge
  • Manage front-of-house and overall guest flow
  • Ensure the lounge opens and closes properly each day
  • Maintain a clean, organized, high-end atmosphere at all times
  • Create and enforce systems, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally during service
  • Hire, train, schedule, and lead staff
  • Manage servers, hosts, bartenders, support staff, and floor leads
  • Hold team members accountable for performance, punctuality, professionalism, and service standards
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings
  • Build a strong team culture with high energy and high expectations
