Job Requirements
- More than two years of post high school education
- Two to three years of full employment experience in a related restaurant or hotel management position
- Knowledge of restaurant and hotel practices and procedures
- Strong communication and supervisory skills
- Ability to analyze activities and make logical recommendations
- Ability to make decisions guided by policies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Ability to bend, stand continuously, and climb stairs as required
- Willingness to work inside 95% of the time with potential exposure to temperatures exceeding 100 degrees in outdoor dining or kitchen areas
Job Qualifications

- Thorough knowledge of restaurant and hotel practices and procedures
- Strong supervision and management communication skills
- Ability to perform analytical work and make logical decisions within policy guidelines
- Excellent comprehension for guest and associate relations
- Ability to interpret instructions from superiors
- Excellent oral communication skills for guest and staff interaction
- Ability to read and implement policies, procedures, schedules, forecasts and SOPs
- Knowledge of chemicals and agents related to training purposes
Job Duties
- Manage the associates in various outlets to attract, retain and motivate employees
- Hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel staff
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Resolve employee and guest problems
- Provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination as appropriate
- Implement company programs and manage restaurant, room service and other food and beverage operations ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations
- Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on outlet budgets including labor, food, beverage, supplies and equipment costs
- Respond to customer trends, needs, and complaints to enhance quality and future sales
- Create, recommend and implement promotions, displays and buffet presentations to attract in-house guests and local market share
- Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment to protect assets and comply with regulations
