Job Description

Asia Live is an exciting new Asian cuisine restaurant set to open in spring 2026 at the renowned Westfield Valley Fair Mall in the heart of Silicon Valley. As an expansion of the acclaimed China Live San Francisco, Asia Live brings a fresh and vibrant dining experience that celebrates the rich and diverse flavors from across Asia. This 12,000 square-foot restaurant complex features an innovative open kitchen concept where diners can enjoy watching the culinary artistry unfold in real time. Asia Live is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining through high-quality ingredients, outstanding service, and a welcoming ambiance that reflects the rich culture and traditions of Asian cuisine.

As a dynamic and rapidly growing establishment, Asia Live is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its team towards operational excellence. This leadership role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of all restaurant functions, emphasizing efficient service delivery, maintaining high food quality standards, and creating memorable guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for fostering a team-oriented culture that upholds the authenticity and presentation of Asian dishes while managing the complexities of a high-volume, fast-paced environment in the competitive Silicon Valley market.

The ideal candidate will have robust leadership capabilities, a passion for Asian culinary arts, and extensive experience managing restaurant operations. They will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, focusing on staff management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, vendor relationships, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves tracking sales performance, managing budgets, and implementing marketing initiatives to build a loyal customer base. Asia Live values cultural respect and teamwork, aiming to provide a vibrant workplace where every employee is empowered to contribute to the restaurant's success.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated leader to join a prestigious brand in the luxury dining sector, where innovation meets tradition. The position provides the chance to shape the growth of Asia Live during its launch phase and beyond, playing a pivotal role in the expansion strategy of China Live's family of restaurants. Prospective candidates with a background in restaurant management, a strong understanding of Asian cuisine, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are encouraged to apply. The employment type and salary details are competitive and will be discussed during the hiring process.
