Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to complete training requirements
- availability to work in Wilmington, NC

Job Duties
- assist the GM in managing daily operations
- participate in achieving store objectives
- assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members
- create and maintain an engaging team environment
- provide excellent customer service at all times
- ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and policies
- participate in food safety and corporate training programs
