In this role, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is seeking a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and advancing their career in the restaurant industry. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant by leading team members, managing efficient workflows, and maintaining the rigorous standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness that Cheddar's is known for. This role involves fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates and engages the team to perform at their best.

The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in driving sales and profitability by executing operational strategies, managing labor and food costs prudently, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and operational efficiency. Championing Cheddar’s refreshingly real hospitality, the manager ensures that guests receive a WOW! experience through attentive service, anticipating guest needs, and swiftly resolving any issues. They must ensure all compliance requirements are met or exceeded, including those related to health and safety regulations, liquor laws, food quality standards, and sanitation practices. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for team member development through consistent performance feedback, evaluations, and ongoing training initiatives.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, paid weekly, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports the employee's overall well-being. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience
  • At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work in person full-time
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
