Job Duties

  • oversee restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
  • make daily operational decisions
  • provide consistent support and feedback to staff
  • ensure high product quality and sanitation standards
  • conduct galley line checks
  • manage staffing including interviewing, hiring, and training
  • prepare shift-end reports such as daily sales and labor controls
  • order inventory including food, small wares, and uniforms
  • identify and implement operational improvements
  • approve food and beverage discounts
  • maintain employee and guest safety and security
