Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- strong leadership skills
- knowledge of restaurant financials and operational systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to move throughout the restaurant and lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation
