Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years restaurant experience
  • At least 3 years in restaurant management
  • Ability to work full-time and in person
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and operational standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations by leading team members, managing efficient workflows, and upholding high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes engagement and performance
  • Drive sales and profitability by executing operational strategies, managing labor and food costs, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by championing refreshingly real hospitality, anticipating guest needs, and promptly resolving concerns to ensure a WOW! experience
  • Exceed compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor law adherence, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
  • Own team member development by providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and leading ongoing training
