  • Deliver a phenomenal guest experience
  • Lead and inspire the team with a people-first mentality
  • Build a team focused on hospitality and culinary execution
  • Develop top talent to drive business forward
  • Build sales, profitability, and guest counts
  • Manage the P and L for the restaurant
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting, adjusting labor expenditures, practicing portion controls, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with employees, guests, suppliers and senior management
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures
