Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Ability to work fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Utilizing knowledge of positional skills for training employees, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's policies and procedures
  • Providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer
  • Demonstrating strong customer service skills and maintaining a great attitude
  • Working on site in accordance with customary scheduling requirements
  • Using a headset to assist with all positions and give direction
  • Lifting up to 30 pounds as necessary and standing for long periods
  • Working various shifts and ensuring compliance with work authorization in the United States
