Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience preferred
- Ability to work fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Utilizing knowledge of positional skills for training employees, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's policies and procedures
- Providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer
- Demonstrating strong customer service skills and maintaining a great attitude
- Working on site in accordance with customary scheduling requirements
- Using a headset to assist with all positions and give direction
- Lifting up to 30 pounds as necessary and standing for long periods
- Working various shifts and ensuring compliance with work authorization in the United States
