The Restaurant Manager role at the Old Spaghetti Factory is an exciting leadership position that involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure an excellent guest service experience and smooth daily functions. Job Duties

  • Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
  • Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
  • Oversee, lead and manage staff before, during and after service
  • Provide training and coaching of standards
  • Shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
  • Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
  • Implement specials, marketing initiative and internal contests
  • Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
