  • Two years as a server or bartender, preferably with training experience and leadership responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
  • Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
  • Oversee, lead and manage staff before, during and after service
  • Provide training and coaching of standards
  • Shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
  • Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
  • Implement specials, marketing initiative and internal contests
  • Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
