Job Duties
- Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
- Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- Oversee, lead and manage staff before, during and after service
- Provide training and coaching of standards
- Shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
- Ensure labor law compliance
- Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
- Implement specials, marketing initiative and internal contests
- Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
