- Support the General Manager by coaching the team and creating a positive work environment
- Identify and recruit 5 Star Talent
- Manage effective scheduling to optimize staff placement
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with the General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profitability through team leadership
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks
