Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or related industry
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to handle high stress situations calmly
