- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team
- Create a fun and inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
- Identify 5 Star Talent and schedule staff effectively
- Manage daily operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits by maintaining high standards
- Hire and train team members to ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Drive teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required
