Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by coaching the team
  • Create a fun and inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
  • Identify 5 Star Talent and schedule staff effectively
  • Manage daily operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
  • Drive sales and profits by maintaining high standards
  • Hire and train team members to ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Drive teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required
