Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to lead kitchen and back of house teams
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • willingness to learn and participate in training programs
  • commitment to upholding company standards and values

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • experience in kitchen leadership preferred
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • knowledge of food quality and safety standards
  • ability to work collaboratively with other managers

  • passion for hospitality and guest service

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant back of house and kitchen teams
  • Oversee assistant manager roles and responsibilities
  • Participate as a key member of the restaurant kitchen management team
  • Lead and develop kitchen staff to ensure high performance
  • Maintain quality standards in food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive work environment and support team cohesion
