Restaurant Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for a high-volume sports bar in Concord, NC. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house and bar operations, leading and training staff, managing schedules and labor, and ensuring excellent guest experiences during fast-paced service and game-day rushes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant or sports bar management experience, strong leadership skills, and thrives in high-energy, high-volume environments. You must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak game-day periods while maintaining service standards and operational control.

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000+ based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.
