Asia Live is a vibrant and innovative Asian cuisine restaurant located in the prestigious Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Silicon Valley. Scheduled to open in spring 2026, this exciting new venture represents the first in a series of expansions stemming from the successful China Live San Francisco. Asia Live promises to bring a fresh, dynamic dining experience to the Silicon Valley area, combining authentic and modern dishes inspired by diverse flavors from across Asia. The restaurant spans an impressive 12,000 square feet and features an open kitchen concept, allowing guests to observe the culinary craftsmanship behind their meals. The establishment is committed to providing exceptional dining experiences through the use of high-quality ingredients, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates Asian culture and cuisine.

The Restaurant Manager role at Asia Live is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This role requires a passionate and experienced individual who can manage a high-volume dining environment while maintaining excellent food quality and superior guest experiences. The manager will lead a talented team, ensuring seamless front-of-house and back-of-house coordination. They will be tasked with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members to foster a collaborative and culturally respectful workplace. Operational duties include monitoring inventory, managing vendor relationships, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will play a significant role in marketing initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining customers. They will track sales performance and manage budgets diligently. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Asian cuisine and culture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact

  • Proficiency in customer service and a commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction
  • Experience in hiring and training team members with the ability to foster a positive and productive work culture
