As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility will be steering all restaurant operations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality seafood and beverage service, maximizing guest satisfaction, and promoting a positive working environment. You will be entrusted with hiring, training, and inspiring your team members to create a standout restaurant experience that guests remember. The position demands strong leadership skills to drive sales and operational goals, maintain compliance with employment policies, and enforce safe food handling and cleanliness standards. As the captain of the team, you will cultivate a fun and safe workplace that encourages employee development while managing performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant hotel retail or general business required
  • ServSafe local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant hotel retail or general business required
  • 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
  • ServSafe local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
