Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage operational budgets and inventory
  • experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to enhance performance and guest experience
  • manage inventory and control costs to ensure profitability
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
  • lead by example to inspire a culture of hospitality and teamwork
  • manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs effectively
  • handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to uphold the company’s reputation
