Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage operational budgets and inventory
- experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to enhance performance and guest experience
- manage inventory and control costs to ensure profitability
- maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
- lead by example to inspire a culture of hospitality and teamwork
- manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs effectively
- handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to uphold the company’s reputation
