Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working at Cracker Barrel
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage operational tasks and people simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Manage inventory and supply orders
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction
  • Maintain smooth kitchen flow and service efficiency
  • Lead by example in delivering hospitality and customer service
  • Handle scheduling and staffing needs
