Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven prior experience as a manager
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a restaurant manager
  • Experience managing profit and loss responsibilities
  • Familiarity with POS management systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service
  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff for optimal performance
  • Oversee profit and loss responsibility to achieve financial targets
  • Manage point of sale (POS) systems effectively
  • Develop and implement training programs for team development
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
