The role offered is for a Restaurant Manager who will play a vital leadership part within the Shake Shack team, often referred to as the #ShackFam. This full-time position commands a salary range of $50,752 to $62,566.40 and offers a vibrant environment where learning and leadership development are prioritized. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring an outstanding level of guest satisfaction through superior service quality. This role involves close attention to compliance with sanitation and safety regulations to maintain a safe and inviting environment for both guests and employees. In addition, the manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the Shake Shack brand within the local community, engaging customers through word-of-mouth and various events. This position demands strong interpersonal and managerial skills, combined with financial acumen to oversee business operations effectively. Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • aptitude for leading, coaching and driving excellence
  • understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • food handler certification preferred
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
  • train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
