Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • proficiency with restaurant management software
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • commitment to maintaining a positive work environment

  • experience in hiring and team management with ability to lead and develop staff
