Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- proficiency with restaurant management software
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- commitment to maintaining a positive work environment

- Proven expertise in customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- experience in hiring and team management with ability to lead and develop staff
- strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between staff, management, and customers
